В связи с прекращением доставки посылок в Россию крупнейшими экспресс операторами: DHL, FedEx, DPD, Pony Express и UPS, информируем вас о том, что мы связались дополнительно с компанией Parcelforce (ЕМС Россия) и уточнили прием посылок для доставки в Россию.
Ответ нашего менеджера компании Паселфорс (ЕМС Россия):
1. Parcelforce priority (партнер в России EMS Россия) – работает в обычном режиме, остановки на таможне в России нет, дополнительные документы предоставлять нет необходимости, грузы к отправлению принимаются – заверили нас сегодня (24.01.2014)
2. Parcelforce express (партнер в России FedEx)- принимает грузы с ограничениями, пожалуйста ознакомьтесь с правилами приема.
Мы рекомендуем отправлять ваши посылки в Россию: Почтой России, ЕМС Россия и Курьер РФ.

*Краткий перевод письма: Русская таможня проинформировала нашего партнера Федекс Экспресс об изменении правил таможенной очистки на территории Российской Федерации. В связи с этим они приостановили доставку личных вещей для частных адресов и отправляют только документы. Таможенный лимит для отправления документов для Федекс остается 200 евро. В связи с этим Parcelforce Express (так как в этом направлении они используют для доставки Федекс – ред от сервиса ) временно не работает. Посылки высланные данным сервисом, будут отправлены сервисом Паселфорс Глобал Приорити. Срок доставки Паселфорс Глобал Приорити от 6 рабочих дней.

Subject: Services to Russia: For all Global Express items sent from 21s January2014:
The Russian customs authorities informed our partner FedEx that FedEx is no longer allowed to use
its established express clearance processes and rules for inbound shipments – other than document shipments – addressed to private person consignees.
The details of the new regulations and associated procedures have not yet been established or officially published.
Until the details of the new clearance requirements have been confirmed, we are temporarily suspending Global Express items with goods or merchandise enclosed sent to private individuals at a private address.
Documents for both business and private addresses can still be sent and also merchandise to business addresses. The normal value limit of 200 Euros for Russia still applies.
Items for private individuals with merchandise already accepted will be sent on as Global Priority. Please note that suspension of the time guarantee for Global Priority services to Russia is still valid, the minimum transit time will be from 6 working days, exclusive of customs.
Any updates will be sent when available.
